After 10 days of submission for a TRV for my sister, nephew and grand mother they have requested additional documents. We sent them right away.

Does this put us back at the end of the queue and will take another 10 days? or shuld be quicker. Please of someone can help.

Hi,

No. You won't be put back at the end of the queue because the processing for the application already started.

Thanks Oak. they have requested for fathers passport copy. My sister n Bro in law alreadyhave a US visa and been there before. Pretty decent travel history also. What are the chances of getting a TRV

None... neither quicker nor to the end of the queue. But it will be delayed for sure.

Hi,

You said at your previous post that the TRV was for your sister, nephew and grandma. And they requested for your father's passport?

Like what Jalex said, most possibly it will be delayed.

Visa officer has to be satisfied that your relatives will be leaving once their visas are up, they won't overstay, won't work illegally - things like that.
