Hi guys!

I have what seems to be a pretty simple problem, but I just want to ensure that it's done correctly.

I'm filling in forms for my girlfriend, who is from China. We are doing an outland application now, and some areas need the information in both English AND Chinese. There is too much to fit into the boxes, especially when typed up!

What am I supposed to do here, precisely?
1. Print the same sheet out again, have one copy in English and one copy in Chinese?
2. Type out the answer to the question on a blank paper, including both English and Chinese; should I write in the actual form to "refer to additional page"?

Hi

Simply either input what you can on the form and attach a second normal piece of paper with the rest of the information or leave it blank and attach a second piece of normal paper.

For all extra sheets provided include all your personal information- name, dob, uci if you have one, as well as the name of the form and the number of the question you are answering.

Okay sounds good.

I guess I can't just print the form out a second time and fill the thing in with Chinese? Have an English version and a Chinese version and just staple them together?

Don't staple anything. They don't like staples. Use regular paper clips.

You could print another form but in the guide it does say to simply attach and label a separate sheet of paper.
