Additional points for ICT with canadian work experience

Hi ,

Can someone please help me understand the rule for getting additional 50 points for express entry . I have got 2 years work experience and i am on a ICT.

Your employer needs to provide you with a letter confirming you have a job offer with them and they will continue to employ you for a year after you become PR.
