Do i need the included in the relationship section weather if the person is half brother or sister?

I didn't lol i didn't even think of them since i have never had any contact with them. If you have had close contact or even contact i would . If you don't know DOB or addresses i would just attach a letter of explanation.I didn't even have the address of my father rand it was fine they never questioned it,i just wrote unknown.
