Additional Documents Status Changed: Any insights?

I did not get an email. I raised a technical difficulty ticket and the response was totally generic and useless. I think its a glitch.
 
Has anyone seen any changes? Mine is almost two weeks saying: We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details

Same here I think it's just a new style of writing.

Also my PA gckey continues to say the same thing for 2 weeks and no messages were sent

We have not received any correspondences since March 22nd 2017 and we have had our status be “We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details.” The requested documents were sent and acknowledged on April 12th 2017. This has been this way since that date and up until the week of July 17th it now says: “We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.”

It may be a new format of writing or a glitch since you actually haven't received any messages

I started the thread when I noticed this update on my application. My representative called CIC yesterday and they confirmed that they didn't need anything and have received everything i have sent to them. May be you should try calling them as well just to be sure.

hey guys, here is my timeline. unfortunately, as seniors mentioned, i am one of the unlucky ones whose application is stuck in CIO Sydney and i have been stuck in NA since July 26. My docs status was uploaded on July 22 and then on August 19 it changed to we need more documents to continue... but i have not received anything - no email, no letter in cic account, no placeholder in the submitted application. I am sooo worried :(

AOR - July 10
BG NA1 - July 10
Medical passed - July 21
ADR Requested (SG pcc) - July 21
ADR Submitted (SG pcc) - July 21
ADR Uploaded (SG pcc) - July 22
Docs Status Uploaded - July 22
BG IP1 - July 22
BG NA2 - July 26
Docs Status We need more - August 19


File was still at CIO as of Aug 3.
Emailed twice already after Aug 3 for update and no reply.
 
My wife got PPR request today. Still says needs more document so really was a glitch.

Should be able to expand my timeline will update it today. Mexico visa office almost 9 months to get PPR. We mailed passports today.

did they request any documents from you? cuz mine has changed to that status today but i havnt received any email or message in my gckey. really worried :(
