Additional documents after submitting pr application

Friends ,my situation is a bit complicated please help.

i received ita on jan 12th.

collected all the documents and i am submitting my pr application next week

my question is

me being dependent we didnt claim any points for my education or ielts because we didnt had time to finish it..

next month i will receive my eca and ielts

can i send cse of these documents to claim more points and make my application stronger?

As of now our score is 466 and ITA received under draw cutoff points 459
With 1+ year Canadian Experience under code 2173 and 1 year foreign experience 2281
For Canadian Experience we are providing reference letter and pay stubs .
For foreign experience we are providing reference letter and relieving letter as my husband was paid in cash and so a letter of explanation about it.
If the case officer would not satisfied with my husbands foreign experience proofs.
My ECA and ielts score will obviously make more points than cut off even without foreign work experience of my husband that is 460
As I am submitting my documents after submitting my application and also I didn't claim points during submission So do my points for ECA and ielts would be counted ?

So they would be a addition right?

Yes, there will be an addition to your existing CRS points once you obtain your ECA report and IELTS.

Hey i have 1 more doubt

my score now 466

so if i don't want to prove my foreign work experience my score will fall to 446 below the cutoff point (459)when i received ita

now if i receive wes eca and ielts before submitting pr and omit foreign work experience my score will be 460 which is above the cut off

but i didn't claim points for eca and ielts during submission of my express entry profile instead i claimed for foreign work experience

1)will its be a misrepresentation?or can i update my pr application and apply with my eca and ielts and omit foreign work experience ?

2) should i decline the application and update with my new details and wait for the new ita ?

please help with the best way?

yea i already got

eca-8 points for bachelors degree

and ielts - 6 in each module got 12 points ,

now score is 460 without foreign work experience

can i change my pr application ?

Omitting foreign work experience and adding eca and ielts (which i didnt add in ee profile)
