VO asking for additional documents on step 2 to countinue processing is that making process longer even if you sent it as soon as you get it without delay?

What kind of additional documents did Vienna request? Since I'm about to send off our application I might have the chance to immediately add such documents to avoid longer processing times.

i remebered when i asked MP this question , and they told me whatever documetns they requesting you to send you will be in Q , and you have to wait longer even you send faster .

4 different countries, you don't have a lot of time as despite police record being valid for 1 year on police record, CIC will only accept it in its first 3 months to be valid. Give yourself a tight schedule in getting the 4 police reports, translated in english or french and notoraized in time by CIC's deadline date request.
