Additional document asked by embassy

Hi All,

The CHD CHC has asked for my employement proof, Now the probelm is that i'm serving notice period in my company, and its a company policy not to issue employement letter during this time period.

In my visa application i had already attached my offer letter, last 3 pay slips and last 3 IT returns.

Please guide what should i do now? my company wont give me any proof of employment before my last working day :'( :'(

Request the company that you need it now (at least a proof of employment letter instead of an experience letter). Or sue them!
