Hello,
I have a question in regards to the IMM 0008DEP form.
I am sponsoring my parents.
Would I have to fill out this form and put the details of my sister who is 28 years old and married.
I am a little confused as she does not meet the definition of a "Dependant"

Also form IMM 5406E additional family information.
Can I fill out all the details on one form and then make 3 copies and have each family member sign their own copy?
Thanks.

Exactly. She is not a dependent and not being sponsored. You will put her on the Additional Family Information form.

You only need one IMM5406 . . . your parents.

Thanks for the fast reply.

In regards the the additional family information form.

Can I fill out all the information about the family members in the appropriate columns using just one form.

Then make 3 copies and have them signed individually?

Thanks.

Granted, your application is for parents and ours was for spousal, but we did not need to get everyone on that form to sign and submit their own copy. We only sent in one Additional Family Information form.

Hello,
So each person fills out their own form and signs.
Or can I make one form with all the info.
Make 3 individual copies and then they sign one.
There is only room for one signature at the bottom of the form.

I have 3 people who need to sign this form.

Only you need to sign the bottom of that form (Imm5406E) not everyone that you put on there. The signature is a declaration that the information that you have put on there is correct.

O.K excellent.
The signature would be the principle applicant.
In other words my father whom I am sponsoring.
Or my signature the sponsor.
Thanks.
It's a little confusing as the form is asking that everyone must complete their own form.

The principal applicant signs the form, if that is your father then he signs it-only him.
