Additional Dependants declaration

Hi,

Document Checklist point 3 "Additional Dependents/ declaration(IMM 0008 DEP)" mentions that this has to be filled if I have more than 5 dependents (whether they are accompanying or not)
- who all are considered as dependents? Children/ parents/ husband's parents/ sibling/ husband's sibling?

Please advice.
