I have a confustion regarding "Additional Dependants Declaration - IMM0008DEPENU", if I am required to fill this ?
My husband a Canadian citizen applied for a Spousal sponsorship for me last year in September and I consequently submitted my part of the documents the very next month in October 2010. Since then I haven't received a final decision on my application. The online status says, my application is in progress.
Since it is more than a year now, and most probably I will be asked to do the medical and forms submission again, hence I have decided to do the homework in advance.
I have noticed some changes in most of the forms, but the confusion I have is if I need to fillout this form "Additional Dependants Declaration - IMM0008DEPENU".
Note: We have no children, and me and my husband got married about 2 years ago.
Please resolve this confusion.
