Additional Dependants/ Declaration form

I am the only one applying for PR since both my children are over 22 years old and are independant. So do I need to fill in the Additional Dependants/ Declaration forms as well? I am not using a representatives, do I fill in that form too?

You can show them in the additional family information form. IMM 5406 - Section B

Hi There, i am a PR and got married in india nov 2013.m bak in canada and preparing to send application for spousal sponsership for my husband.he is in india.my husband and i have no dependants .do we need to fill and attach the additinal dependants form at all.also i currently am looking for job coz i quit the last one before leaving.do i really need to have a job to sponser him at the time of application.Please help !!!!!!

Yes skip that form. Also skip use of rep since you don't have one. But os the other poster said, list them in the Additional Family info form. You can also remove the dependent section from the main form I believe.

Thank u so much for the prompt reply.i actully have the use of rep form filled by my husband and the immigratin lawyer filled it and has put my name as represntative for my husband.is that alright?

i have read that is ok... and it means you can talk to CIC and receive correspondence on his behalf.

Great!!! Many thanks and how about the job letter. i did work last year till sep as i mentioned i quit my job coz of wedding.should i wait till i get a job and ttach the job letter or just apply with the paystubs for last year and the job letter with my prev employer
