Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP) Form

Hi,

I am sponsoring only my wife . Is this form needs to be filled by her ? Thanks in advance

The Guide says that •You, the principal applicant ( my wife ), on behalf of each of your dependants not included in the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).

No . She doesn't . I am only sposoring her.

if she doesn't have dependants, then she doesn't need to fill out the form. on the checklist, you would just write an n/a in the checkbox for that form. if it makes you more comfortable, you can submit the form and write N/A on each question too.

I do not have children and my husband is only sponsoring me, so we did not include it in our package. she does have to fill out the "additional family information" form - i mistakenly left it out and it was requested to complete the application as i thought it was related to having dependants.
