Additional Bank Docs..help!

I hv been admitted as a full time masters student in Univ of Calgary with full funding fr 2 years. My offer letter mentions the course to be maximum of 4 years n the letter of acceptance too has the start n complete dates keeping 4 yrs in mind.
1. Does it mean i should show the funds fr the additional 2 years bcoz normally msc cn get completed in 2 years.
2. Now tht i hv decided to show funds, i hv collected the bank statements n certificates fr past 6 months of mine n dad's. Now since dad's a businessman, there comes many other accompanying docs bcoz his tax return statements,form 16-A n B fr 2 years become like 10 long pages!! Please suggest whats the best way out with minimal documents
