Adding WES report early to profile

I noticed that WES gives the ref number once you pay the fee. Is it OK to add it to the profile before we actually see the report online? Once you get the ITA, you should have the report by the time anyway.

No that is not OK.

The number to be used for the profile is same as WES Reference number followed by suffix. This suffix is something you get after completing of evaluation.

My request is don't try for short cuts.

You have to prove that you have the ECA at the time you submit your online application after receiving the ITA.
That's when you have to prove your report exists.
As long as your ECA matches the qualification you selected in your EE profile, why would that be misrepresentation?

This brings me to another question.

My WES has been evaluated. Do I need to submit the hardcopy of the ECA report that will get delivered by WES, after receiving the ITA?

I haven't got mine as yet.

The PDF document you get is sufficient, you don't need to wait for the hard copy to arrive by mail.
