The eligibility is determined only for principal applicant...may be they will request proof of relationship documents now..

On 8 feb 2021 they updated that they are reviewing additional documents which are provided

So you got additional document request ?did they ask for the proof of relationship? And how about applying sowp...can we apply sowp based on our pnp pr??

No..I don’t check my ecas regularly..it was on 17 dec 2020..but i called them so many times they said my file is in cio sydney it’s not transferred..may be it could be inter department transfer..i have no clues...i already got pal in jan 2020..but no medical req..bcoz they have just added my spouse into the application in nov 2020..i sent his documents in march 2020

have you ordered and received gcms note after that? If yes, location is changed? What is the current location? Still in transit? Thanks.

Did you check with ircc where your file is transferred...i called them today and agent told me that she cannot see anything like transfer of file in my account..she said it could be technical glitch..now i am confuse if our files are really transferred or it’s just a technical glitch

She should be a novice. I called ircc today and the agent is same like the agent you called. I asked him what my primary office is. He said it is etobicoke, not CIO anymore. Please ask an agent what the primary office is.
