Adding spouse to existing/ongoing PR application

Hi everyone,
I would like to add my spouse to my existing PR application. I have already received the AOR. I am inland and on a Bridging open WP.
Can someone please let me know what all documents I need to submit and how do I go about it?

Secondly, is it a good idea to apply Spousal Open WP for my spouse before adding to my profile or after?

Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

Your question is not really related to family sponsorship.
You are adding your spouse to your current application. So post your question in the respective PR application route (PNP? Express Entry...etc)

In general, it's pretty common thing to do. I do not know if OWP is available for those application route.
