Need an urgent advice. My COPR got expired in March 2020 and I didn't receive any update from IRCC till Friday evening. Therefore, last month my marriage dates were fixed i.e. for Feb 2021. However, Friday evening I received medical request and that has to be done within next 90 days. Now I don't want to sponsor my spouse, and I want to get her added into my profile. So kindly suggest what would be safest route to proceed further.
1. Should I apprise CIC about my wedding plans now itself before doing medicals or after getting married next month, update them about my status change. Please suggest if this will not put my PR application in precarious position.
2. I got the ITA in 2019, so will adding my score bring my CRS score lower ?
