Adding spouse in PR application

Hello All,
I applied my PR under PNP. Presently my file still in processing. now got married and informed my martial status to CIC . I submitted my questionnaire and photos and other forms that they requested but I missed to attach phone call history and chat as proof of communication. However this was not asked by cic.
My concern is can I send my call history to cic or just leave for now. I’m worried as I heard we should send enough proofs. If anyone can tell me can i send it now as i still have time to submit the documents.

Do we have to notify bc pnp if we are getting married or its fine to proceed with federal?
