Hi Guys,

I am in a bit of confusion here. I have researched in this forum but haven't got a conclusion to my doubt.

I have got the invite - 470 spouse not accompanying
However, with spouse accompanying our score is 465.

Today's draw was 462-470, so we still fit into the cutoff bracket.

Can we process OINP application with spouse accompanying? Have anyone had similar experience before and received PR?

Appreciate your assistance! Thank you in advance.
 
You should probably put your spouse as accompanying if they are indeed coming to Canada with you. Once you have your nomination your CRS score is irrelevant to your PR application.
 
Hello All,

I need some help. I got the OINP NOI today. I will like to know if it's mandatory to submit marriage certificate alongside cus my fiancee snd I haven't done our customary marriage yet, although my EE profile is set at married.

Will this affect me in any way?

So one can add spouse accompanying during nomination or after getting nomination to non accompanying EE profile? and may be get ITA on next draw as now point will be 600+?
