Adding Spouse after ITA

Hi,

I would like to know whether I could add spouse after ITA. Because initially, the profile had spouse as non-accompanying. I didn't add spouse as accompanying since my wife didn't get an official transcript after the course. But now all of her documents are ready and if I calculate my CRS score adding spouse it's above the cut-off for the particular draw which I got ITA. Could you please clarify me whether I can update the profile and proceed.

Or should I decline the particular ITA and wait for the next draw.

What if after adding my spouse, our crs score is equal to the minimum cut off score? After adding her, our new score is 475 and the cut off score is 475.
