Before completing landing procedure I have added my spouse as non accompanying partner in my inland federal Quebec skilled worker file on October 5, 2018. And on November 30,2018 they reopened my file and it went to in process from decision made. After that there was no update so I raise CSE in January and they said I will get decision by March 30, 2019. But there was no update. From then I am asking them every month and they give 30 days period to get respond but till now there is no response. I ordered GCMS notes, in which they have sent spouse documents for review on December 6,2018. After that no update. Its been 8 months since I updated cic. Can anyone tell me how much tume they will take please guide me through this difficult situation.
