Thanks @maghool71 :)
I have a question about this step: We are reviewing- Mar 15,2022. After the uploaded documents are acknowledged, how will we find out when the "we are reviewing" step happens? Will it be a ghost update or an actual change in the application status?

It's an actual change in the status, I think it's for the 'additional documents' section. But it varies across the cases, like everything else with IRCC!

Hello Everyone,
Is there a way to perform medical for outland spouse after she's been added to my profile?
Or I should wait for instructions from IRCC?

great! Can you please tell me which documents you took for the medical with regards to the application? I mean how your spouse showed that her medical should be included in your account?

I added my wife after getting my PPR. So I had IRCC's letter requesting for my spouse's documents. Even in the letter, IRCC did not ask for Medicals but they did say that if I had one, I can attach the proof of completion for my Wife's medicals. So took both the passport and IRCC letter to do the medicals. In your case, just take your passport.

My case:
AOR: Nov 17, 2020.
Jan 2022: Got Married in
Jan 28, 2022: Submitted all IMM forms + Upfront Medical (except Police Certs)
Feb 18, 2022: IRCC confirm receipt of those forms (just 3 weeks later)
A few days later: Spouse details appear in my profile!
Medical changed to We're reviewing medical result => Probably reviewing Spouse's medical

Feb 22, 2022: Submit all Police Certificates (since we got them later)
May 9, 2022: IRCC confirms receipt of all PC.

So the first webform took 3 weeks but the second one took 11 weeks!!

Thanks, @maghool71. Hoping for good news for all of us soon
Quick question: I submitted my medicals more than a year ago, and I haven't received a remed request yet. Do you think I should do the medicals now to save time when they eventually ask for it again? Where I'm currently at, getting the medicals done is pretty expensive ($500), so I'm wondering what to do. Any thoughts?

I think you can order your notes and see the validity of your medicals, then decide to whether go for upfront medical or not. Some people see results with upfront medicals, and many do not! So I don't know. I didn't do upfront medicals either, and I hope IRCC don't ask for it, it's reallyyy expensive :( But I'll do if I have to (if they ask)

Finally ghost update

My spouse has been added to my application so waiting for BIL letter @maghool71 @legalfalcon and @everyone here who has been supportive during our trying times.... The wait is endless....
Not ghost update.... Saw my email after checking my page.... Guess my routine check was faster than me looking at my email. I actually Lso applied for GCMS Notes (including cbsa reports) through caipsgcms; I do not know if it was the trigger for this response after a protracted silence.

I hear that timelines are no 20-24months for FSW-O applications...May makes it 26 months since I submitted my application.... Thus is too sad... Someone said additional spousal applications is another 6months (I want to believe when I submitted my husbandvs application in June last year, I have well covered the issue of 6monfgs as well.....

Urgggggghhhhh! The wait is killing me as we have put a lot on hold not wanting to make grounding or permanent decisions
