Adding Provincial Nomination to FSW PR Application

My PR application is being processed under FSW class (in Eligibility Check stage). I have also applied for Ontario Provincial Nomination.

If I end up receiving provincial nomination can I use the cic web form to have the nomination attached to my existing FSW PR application?

Or do I have to use the provincial nomination with a fresh Express entry application ?
