ONPNP approved after ITA

Hello Forum:

I have received ITA during 13th round of invitations and my deadline to submit my application for permanent residency under FSW is coming to an end soon.

I was about to submit the application, but last night I have received "positive decision" from my Ontario Provincial Nominee's Program under Master's degree.

However, my confirmation of nomination clearly states that this nomination is not valid for express entry.

• As I already have ITA for permanent residency under FSW, should I include my nomination form and indicate that I have been nominated by as a provincial nominees in my current permanent residency application?
  
  
  I will still be applying for Express Entry because of their processing time being a lot quicker when compared to applying under provincial nomination program. However, can you apply for both Express Entry and PNP for permanent residency or since I will be applying for Express Entry, should I wait for PNP application?
  
  
  Lastly, does anyone know where I can find the processing time for PR under PNP when you are granted "CIC's expedited processing stream" ?

You can apply simultaneously under both the streams. I would imagine that EE would be the faster of the 2 though.

Can I still include and check that I have been nominated by the PNP program although the PNP wasn't for express entry?

As you aren't part of the OINP Human Capital Stream, this PN cannot be added to your EE profile to fetch those 600 additional points. And you don't need those either because you have a regular ITA already. You can choose to mention this nomination in your LOE but it would make no difference to the processing of your PR application.
