Adding non accompanying spouse after ITA

Hey can I add non accompanying spouse after getting ITA, if CRS score is above the cutoff point of the draw. Or I need to resubmit my ee profile ? Please advise.

If your CRS stays up from CRS draw then you can add. Mention in LOE.
