I am asking this question on behalf of my brother. He had a baby a couple days ago (he is the primary applicant on the application, wife is dependent). What is the procedure to add the newborn to the application? I believe he should raise a webform and wait for IRCC to send him instructions. Right?
Also, now that the family size has increased, he'll have to update his POF. He wonders if he can show the difference of amount for, now a size of 3 (previously 2) people in a different account under his name or does it have to be the same account which he used initially.
