I am an applicant for CSQ under PEQ - Quebec Graduate. My husband and I received our CSQ in Jan 2019. I have delivered my baby last month and we really want to go to Canada with her. I have several concerns since I finished my study in Montreal in Dec 2015, i.e. it has been more than three years since my graduation.
- I graduated more than 3 years ago, can I still sponsor my daughter under CSQ?
- In case MIDI accept our revised application which includes our baby, do we need to return our current CSQ?
- My husband is sponsored by me under CSQ, can he apply for PR independently from me?
