Adding New born Baby after submitting the PR Application

Hello All, I got my COPR in Jan 2024 and my baby born in Feb 2024 after receiving COPRs so we informed IRCC about change in the family composition in April 2024. after a year in May 2025 finally IRCC created New application for my New Born baby asked us to do Medicals which we did and IRCC passed Medicals on May 16th. IRCC did not ask for our medicals yet as its expired in Jan 2025.
what would you recommnend should we do re-medicals or wait for IRCC to ask as there is high chance they will ask as old medicals were expired in Jan 2025. it juts delaying overall process. if they extend it then what will be next steps as for baby what background check they will do for my new born baby who is US Citizen.
