Need urgent help. 1 year back I applied my visa to study in Canada . And I was refused. After completing 12th in 2016. My representative mentioned household from 2016 March to 2018 December. But I had done diploma in computer from 2016 to 2018 January. He didn't even attached my diploma. And got refused 2 times. Now I want to apply. Can I add documents of diploma now. In the file and how can I explain to embassy that it was by mistake. Please help
