Action required but already submitted Schedule A and no other updates

Hi guys,
I have submitted Schedule A form through my CIC Account on October 9th. However, the system still says "your action is needed". Do I need to re-submit it or is this just a system hiccup?

Did you check to make sure under MyCIC --> View Submitted Applications that there isn't anything else missing?

"After attaching your document, choose the "Next" button and follow the instructions to submit your document."

Make sure the files gets transmitted. It's not enough to just upload it.

I did that, and digitally signed and submitted. It still says "Action reuqired"

It's a glitch on the system. I've always had it, never changed to anything else other than your action is required. I got AOR2 more than a month ago, and everything is fine.

myCIC is full of bugs. Same issues with my account.

Same thing on my wifes says "action required", but when you open up the application it says under the relevant section:

"Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided have been uploaded".

So all is well, just a glitch on the first page when you sign in.

thank you all for the information. I have sent an email to CIC. their response is that it is an ongoing technical issue and they are working on it. I saved the email just in case.

My status changed to "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded." today, did you receive the PPR email so far?

My AOR is from May 31th and medical passed on 15/08. So far, only this update to "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.".

Nope, I'm a July 26th applicant, my AOR was on September 1st, and AOR2 was September 19th. Too soon to get PPR for me.

I am a 18th Aug 2017 applicant, and my AOR was on Oct. 1st. Didn't receive AOR2.

I have the same glitch in myCIC account, uploaded the background check but stills says "your action is required". They have to fix it.
