acknowledgment or confirmation not received yet

Hi everyone!!

i lodged my Open work permit on 22nd October. and since then i am waiting for an acknowledgement letter from CIC. i haven't recieved any application or UCI number yet!!

i wanna know is here anyone else who is having the same issue.or how much they will take to send me acknowledgment.
