Acknowledgement letter not recieved

i have applied on 13th October for study permit and since then i haven't recieved acknowledgement letter and i do not have any application number yet.

i wanna know if anyone here facing the same issue. please share if you have any information regarding this.

i have had a refusal for september intake. and i am trying my luck for the second time.

please help! i am really worried!! thanks

I applied for study permit on 26th sep for jan 2018 intake through vfs chandigarh and till now i have not received any mail from CIC.only emails for VFS

Yes, its my first attempt under spp.I emailed them yesterday about it and i'm expecting their response on monday

no you can link your application with the family name and given name.

you can do that without family name as well!!

Its empty.I only have first name on my passport.

I have tried every possible combination but still no application can be found.I can link only after getting application number
