I am just moving into a new house in 2 weeks. I live in Vancouver and have been an active member of this forum.
Just wanted to reach out to people who are new to Vancouver or are looking for a place to stay. I will be renting a 1 bedroom new unit. ( not a basement unit) from the 1st Feb 2015. the place is ideal for 2 students or a couple or single mother. The rent will be $850 per month. It is 15 mins to downtown and there is a bus 500m mtrs from the house.
