Accomodation in Ottawa

Can anyone let me know if there are any accommodation available in Ottawa.

Me, Spouse, 2 Kids aged 4 and 7.

What are the facilities available and the rent range.

Preferred if it is fully furnished. So that we don't have to buy much stuff and blow our cash away...

Hello Folks

Even I am looking for similar information to settle down in ottawa.

I will be moving with my family and 9 month old kid.

Before moving to a rented place, Is there a good place to stay with family ? Till I hunt down a rented accommodation.
I am planning to look around NEPEAN or KANATA .To start with preferably I am looking for an 1BHK apartment with groceries and shops closer.

What is the average rentals in these area ?
What all should I look for when i rent a place ?
Any specific information on rental agreements ?
