Accidently withdrawn Express Entry Profile

Hi Folks,
I have accidently withdrawn my express entry profile. I googled about it and found solution as create new profile. I want to understand, do I need to create a new express entry account itself and revoke my GCKey and create a new one? Can some one please elaborate the exact solution

You can create a new express entry file with the same GC Key
