accepted my wife while rejected me. have some important quastions

Hi, my wife had a real danger on her life back home. i tried to squeezes my self in the claim, i thought if she applied alone they will send me back home. anyway they accepted my wife while rejected me. and then they rejected first appeal, so i agreed with them and i didn't apply for anything legal else

Questions:
1-She applied for PR since one year and included me in the app. is that correct and means once she get the PR i'll get one as well?
2-Can i visit back home once i get the pr (me not the wife i understand she is a refugee and she has a real fear back home but am i a refugee or sponsored) .
3-Below is the summery of the pr:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 11, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 5, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on July 5, 2017.

they didn't say that they received the medical but i'm sure they did(She got her work permit!!!) is there any problem if they didn't mention or that is ok?

4-According to your experience when we will receive the PR (roughly)
