Acceptance letter expires on 15-08-2011

Hi everyone - I have applied to CHC Islamabad on 16th June 2011. On 2nd August i sended a query to CHC-Isb and they replied that my application is in que for review with the immigration officer. I just came accross my Letter of acceptance which expires on 15th August 2011. Please advise what can i do as my classes were starting on 15th August 2011 but visa not finalised.

I have a doubt that CHC may ask me to defer my classes to next session or they can post a rejection saying that my letter of acceptance is expired as rejection for one of the member on this forum.

Kindly advise If i should ask the college to send me a new letter of acceptance for same session with extended expiry date and I submit it to CHC-ISB or Should i wait for any reply from CHC ??

If you haven't been called for medicals yet, definitely ask your uni for an extension letter and send it to the CHC asap.

Dear Buddy.

My letter of acceptance expired on 25-07-2011

But i also send my extension letter of 4 weeks till 25-08-2011. while it will be further extenend to 8 weeks......... i e-mailed to CHC ISB.....
extended till 25august or 25 september 2011 (no more then).....

They previously replayed me that "ur case has been processed accordingly the information you provided, if needed"........
Right know my case has been finalized on previous saturday......

what you think according to

"Canadian Immigartion and Refeugee Protection Act 129", the VO is satisfied from my case............ (which is about the expire of LOA)

My business days are 33.........
My total wroking day are 45...... still waiting

Wasim, I really can't be sure what's going on but I do hope you're getting the medical call. Can you get your uni to send you the revised letter extended to September 25 as soon as possible? Have them scan it and e-mail it directly to the CHC, asking the CHC to complete your processing.

Even if you get a refusal, you can send in the revised letter and let them know that the situation was not your fault, and then you could reapply for the next intake.

I didn't even know about this LOA issue, btw -- I just got lucky because the expiry date on my LOA is September 12, 2011.
