Acceptable generic antiretroviral treatment in Canada for Express Entry

Hi all
Wish to enquire which generic antiretrovirals fall under the 19k mark for medical admissibility. I'm on Tenolam E, and this not available in Canada.
pls what can I switch to apart from Atripla? My country (Cameroon) doesn't have Atripla.
