I recently got invited by BCPNP, but I don't know if it is a good timing to accept the invitation. Because nowadays I am not working for that company, and I am unemployed by now. The information what I put in applying BCPNP is all about my previous company. My employer and I have a really good relationship, and she told me that she would try to help me to get PR, even if I am not working there. But, I worry about the consequence, what if I got rejected, it would affect my EE because I want to be nominated by BCPNP, and use the extra score boost up my EE score.
PS I have emphasized that the period of work time in applying BCPNP
