I have a query regarding ACCA membership and WES evaluation
My brother is been ACCA affiliate since 2012 and already meets all the requirement of being an ACCA member
He has to apply to ACCA for membership formally
He called ACCA. They told him that after he applies, he will be listed as a member but he will receive his certificate only after 2 to 3 months.
For Canadian immigration and WES Evaluation purpose, should he be waiting for "OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE" or can he proceed with WES as soon as he is listed in ACCA member listing? Pls guide
