hi ,inam ,
my trv is expired since november ,but i just keep on renewing the study permit .since trv is needed for entry n exit.
is that fine from ur study ?

Yes, as long as you are within Canada, you don't need a TRV. However, you will require BOTH a Valid TRV and a valid study permit if you are re-entering Canada.
Quote from CIC website: "The renewal of a study or work permit does not affect your TRV. It is your responsibility to ensure your TRV remains valid if you wish to re-enter Canada. "

I send original LOA, CAQ, police certificate, bank statement, passport and photographs as well. Only EDU docs and EXP certificate i didn't submit in original due to the risk. You know some friends are waiting from Jan 2012. If they require original then I think they must inform me? what do think?

They seldom inform people these days. Yes, there is risk involved but you have to satisfy the requirements. Failure to satisfy the requirements may result in rejection. If your consultant has said that it's okay and you trust him then fine.
The decision is yours. I have shared what I thought was right.
