Academic diploma

Hi everyone
I got my Ontario nomination in December and ITA afterwards, I did my medical and all my docs. Are ready to upload. My agent suggested something which have been bothering me
I have a master degrees and I have both my bachelor and masters certificates, transcript and WEC reference, my agent is asking for a high school diploma now, does anybody feel it's needed?
Also my husband,s passport will expire by September and the agent is asking us to renew it, should we or it's only necessary for when the pass is needed for visa?!?!

You should definitely renew passport.

High school diploma is not required once you have higher education credentials.

Not needed, but doesn't hurt either.

Also my husband,s passport will expire by September and the agent is asking us to renew it, should we or it's only necessary for when the pass is needed for visa?!?!

You can go ahead and submit the eAPR with his current passport. Later, when you get his new passport, you can send a scan of the new passport. And yes, you will need to renew it before your application can be finalized.
