Abu Dhabi Notarization - can't beleive

Today i went to Abu Dhabi notary public, in order to get my documents (Employment Contract, and some other certificates copies) notarized, they simply refused to do by saying that any govt related certificates or educational certificates etc will not be notarized as they have no instructions to do so...

I don't know what to do regarding notarization for these certificates... is it acceptable if i get company stamp on the copy of my employment contract and govt labor contract...

I also have two documents from malaysia, i contacted malaysian embassy to attest these certificates but they refused by saying that they must need to get attested by their foreign ministry in malaysia, which is not possible for me as i have got these educational certificates from institute in pakistan that was affliated with malaysian institute..

in total i have only 3 documents left for notarization, that is employement contract, govt labor contract and malaysian diploma's

If you get a company stamp on the company contract, it might look like the original (i dont know if it does or not). If it looks like an original, then its okay because an original is okay i think.

Thats just my opinion. Don't know about the rest. If you can't do the rest, then I would write a letter to CIC with my application explaining my situation and send in photocopies. That is if no one else suggest any other recourse.

you could also send your documents to Pakistan and someone does it for you there.

I did get the company stamp and signature of the HR Manager on the copy of current employment contract... The signature on the copy and original are the same in addition to stamp. I think it is as good as original.

I did notarized all the documents from Pakistan... It is cheaper and faster to get it done...

if the documents are in arabic and issued by kuwait.

can I translate and notarized these documents in pakistan?
