above 50 years/ Nurse/ Phd??? which pnp am I eligible for???????

I am asking for a colleague,,, so please help me

I would like to ask about the opportunities for a Phd in Nursing holder to apply for a pnp program.

I know for the EE they have age upper limit of 49,,,,

any suggestion please ?!!!
