About Work permit fee paid when submit Spouse Application

Hi everyone,

I have submitted the spouse application sponsor application with the work permit fee paid and received the AOR.
Now I want to submit the work permit online the system asks me to make the payment again, if doing so, I made the work permit application fee twice.

Does anyone have suggestions for this situation?

Upload/send a copy of the receipt, showing that you've already paid the OWP fees (seem to recall that there are two totaling $255).

Thank you, I was planning to do so. But the online work permit system is different, which requires you must have to pay and direct to submission. I am not sure if I can pay for it and submit the receipt attache with the letter to indicate that we have made payment and to refund one of the charges.
