about visa office change, please help

hi,
i just got my ppr, but i have issue here
i am in canada, so i will send my pp to ottawa to get visa, and do landing in canada..
my wife is in china, do i have to change the visa office for my wife??
if i change it, how to do it , send email to cic??how long it takes. will they send email back to me, show me how to do it ???
anybody has exparence??

why do u need to change the visa office?
did Ottawa not asked u to send your wife's passport??
Is it prohibited to send the passport from Chine to Ottawa???

if you are not regested in canada, you cannot send passport to ottawa
it is rule
