you will get a letter requesting PP and any additional documents (e.g passport photos, instructions for filling additional family info, if applicable, etc...). Also, there will be a form to fill out instructing them how to return your PP, either by mail or pick-up.
Mine went through NYC, NY and they said 15 days to get PP back when mailed, or if you drop it off on Thurs, you can pick it up the following thrusday... We'll see...
