about permanent residence with family

hello guys

I applied refugee claim in ontario after 20.months i got approved i has relationship from 2017 with my wife.
after approved i went different country got married with my wife in 2021 then applied permanent residence together. my question and my confused my wife came to canada in 2015 also she has applied refugee claim too. she withdraw after 8.months applied refugee claim for health problem then went back to origin country anyone give me idea for that situation for me? what will happen our pr application can we see any problem or anything?

Did you mention the relationship with your future spouse in your asylum application? Have you ever lived together for 1 year?

Yes, I added her name pr application we has together almost 5 years
