About my spouse immigration

I was married in 2009 with a canadian girl she divorced me in 2010. At that time there was a rule after divorced you cant applied ur spouse till 5 years of divorced date. I was married in 2013 with indian girl then applied her in november 2015. Everything should b going good and my wifes final medical was in our favour. Then someone complaint about me that i missused my spouse for taking pr status. In 2016 september cic mailed me to introduce about my pr status which is under investigation of cic. Now one year completed there is no letter no mail came from immigration side. Pls sugest me what can i do ? Or how much time cic take to investigate my case.

I don't think anyone here is going to be able to tell you how long it should take. We see these kinds of case very rarely here and processing times are different for each case. You're going to have to contact CIC to find out what is happening. Have you tried requesting the GCSM notes for your wife's application? There may be something there. If you aren't already working with a good immigration lawyer, I would hire one.
